International Customer Service Center, Production and Service Dispatch Department, At the Basement Systems headquarters we have an international Customer Service center where we can get people in touch with their local dealership fast. We run a Production and Service Dispatch department for the local Connecticut dealership where we install and service all of our products and systems, so that we know what we're talking about, and can do our R&D in a working environment. We maintain a basement and crawl space Training Center where once per month we host a training for our dealers to learn more about our products, systems and services and really work to help them become the experts in the industry - we also learn a lot from the really great and enthusiastic people who own and operate the 300-plus Basement Systems dealerships. Our Research and Development department has revolutionized basement waterproofing drainage systems and pioneered a whole new brand of thought toward crawl space encapsulation.
